What you will do

• You will be the client's primary interface, where you will build valuable and trusting relationships.
• You will have the ability to anticipate their needs by proposing the most effective solutions to help them achieve their goals.
  
• You will develop new business opportunities and be involved in all stages of business development, from lead generation to pipeline management, from creating project plans and proposals to overseeing their implementation.
• You will be skilled in critically analyzing the client's specific expectations, taking into account market standards and potential project risks.
  
• It will be your responsibility to monitor the progress of the project in terms of efficiency and profitability and manage the associated financial aspects.
• You will also be responsible for negotiating with the client and defining the commercial contract.

Minimum requirements

• Do you have at least 3 years of experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) sector on Sales or Project Management?
• Can you develop substantial and valuable project proposals?
• Are you capable of analyzing and assessing project risks?
• Can you analyze the project deliverables and evaluate their compliance with the commercial agreements?
• Do you speak and write well in English (level C1)?
• Are you available for short, medium, and long-term business trips?
• Are you an empathetic, responsible, and self-sufficient individual who can effectively manage your time?
